Information you provide

The audit form asks for your name, email, business, working relationship, primary opportunity, and a description of the workflow or business problem. Systems, timing, and budget expectations are optional. Please do not submit passwords, access tokens, special-category personal information, or confidential client data.

Why we use it

PeraByte uses the information to assess the request, contact you, hold the free audit and scope discussion, prepare a possible scope of work, maintain an appropriate record of the conversation, and protect the form from abuse. Submitting the form does not create a paid engagement.

Providers involved

The website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are delivered through Formspree. Appointment booking opens a separate Google service. These providers may process technical or submitted information under their own terms and retention practices.

Retention

PeraByte keeps enquiry and audit records under its control for up to 12 months after the latest relevant contact, unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is required for an active contract, legal obligation, or dispute. Formspree retains submissions according to the account plan and provider settings; notification copies may also exist in the receiving email account during PeraByte’s retention period.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics. The enquiry form does not store its contents in browser storage. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the service.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information held by PeraByte, or ask a question about this notice, by emailing perabyte.ai@gmail.com. Applicable rights depend on your location and the circumstances of the request.
